As the Mayor of Milford, I had the great honor of hosting the Milford Memorial Day event at the Milford Senior Center thanks to great volunteers like Malcom Foster and Charles Garrod. This year, as many know the event was not held, and that has not sat right with my heart. Since that date, I have contacted several individuals including the Milford Community Band, and asked that we come together and revive this event to honor our fallen. Many including the band, are very interested, and we need to begin planning. The first thing we need is a volunteer to help coordinate the groups and keep us organized.
