Successfully fought against eminent domain overreach by City of Milford

Joined neighbors in successfully fighting commercial development East of Route 1

Ran alongside Milford Police Department in the annual Torch Run for Special Olympics Delaware

Held our Annual Support First Responders Event for the September 11 remembrance

Hosted our annual pumpkin giveaway at Milford High School’s Haunted Hallways

Celebrated the purchase of Rockery Golf Course and partnership with Big Oyster Brew Pub

Hosted our Annual S’mores with Shupe at the Downtown Holiday Stroll

Celebrated the opening of the new Milford Police Station

 

Legislative & Public Service :

 

Created and passed the Education Transparency bill in the House, which places data points including proficiency rates of all public schools on a single web page on the DOE website.

Created and passed a Single-digit proficiency bill in the House, which requires schools with these rates to create a local improvement plan with annual reporting.

Passed bill in committee holding developers responsible for paving neighborhood roads before leaving

Created bills to lower personal income taxes and eliminate overtime taxes

Paved Ponder Road in Ellendale for easy access for Fire and EMS services throughout our district

Rehabilitated bridges across Cedar Creek in Lincoln

Launched a statewide clean water program for low-income residents with contaminated water

Built and opened a new public playground in Downtown Milford

Launched a program alongside Read Aloud Delaware to give free Tonie Boxes to young learners

Created bill to fund School Resource Officers in all public schools in Delaware

Installed railings on the Mispillion Riverwalk near the Milford Public Library
