I am writing to endorse Bryan Shupe for mayor of Milford. Although I was raised in Milford, after leaving for college, it took me more than a decade to return. When deciding where to live, Milford appealed to my husband and me as a town with opportunity to find great jobs, purchase a historic home and raise a family.
As I see our small town evolving, I can’t help but to credit Bryan Shupe for his efforts behind many of the changes that appeal to me most. Bryan has revolutionized how I get my news by serving the community with Milford LIVE. Through his online news source, I can connect with the people and businesses of Milford. Bryan is also the owner of a second small business called Fur-Baby Boutique, where my family and I attended our puppy kindergarten classes. Again, he connected me to community members and provided an opportunity to support local business. Bryan is a true ambassador. He seems to be involved in every event I attend from taking my children to visit Santa’s House to the Eat in the Street event sponsoring Downtown Milford Inc. I frequently bump into him at the local coffee shop, where he’s writing an upcoming article or preparing for one of his many roles as a member of the City of Milford Economic Development committees or as president of the Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club Board of Directors.
When voting for mayor, it’s important to support the candidate who best personifies a vision for a prosperous city and strong community. That’s why on April 26th I’ll be casting my vote for Bryan. Join me in supporting Bryan Shupe for Mayor!
Sincerely,
Lisa Ingram Peel
