Here’s the latest:
The committee — made up of lawmakers and legislative staffers — voted Monday to formally pause the $96 million renovation at Legislative Hall, which included plans for a tunnel under the building.
However, the $33 million parking garage project for lawmakers and the public is still moving forward.
We’ll keep fighting for fiscal responsibility and making sure our tax dollars go to things that truly matter — like schools, public safety, and infrastructure that helps everyone, not just politicians.
