Mindfulness
Meeting the demands of daily life is challenging and can be overwhelming if we do not intentionally and proactively take time for reflection, meditation and remind ourselves that taking a break is healthy and necessary to be our highest self. These practices ultimately allow us to give back through our self-discovery and experience happiness through service to a higher calling. As human beings, no matter how hard we try to occupy our time with immediate desires, we all need mindfulness to move forward.
